I started this blog on 6/14/2011 and met my ugw 6/1/2012 this blog was originally to start off losing 20 lbs but it evolved to something more. To become Strong, Fit and completely healthy. I have surpassed my goals greatly. So I will be devoting this blog to help others lose weight, maintain weight and stay healthy in college on a budget. Why should you take my advice? Well i weighed 196 pounds, and now I'm here at 117 pounds, Size 14 to a size 2. My goal is no longer on losing weight but more on increasing my strength and the things I'm capable of. Ultimate goal: AESTHETIC
